I'm in Mr. Hoover's classroom watching and listening to his Hoover's Owl Stars! They are learning about making text to text connections to draw meaning from their reading! They are learning specifically about comparing and contrasting texts today with Venn Diagrams--a graphic organizer that promotes one of the most researched visuals for learners!
